This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Zalyaux ("we", "us", or "our"). It governs your access to and use of the Zalya application and all related services (jointly called the "Services"). By downloading, signing into, or using the Services, you indicate that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to follow all the rules and conditions listed here. If you don’t agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the Services right away.
· This Agreement creates a legal promise between you and Zalyaux. Using the Services means you accept its terms, including any changes or updates we make as described in Section 8.
· We have the right to change this Agreement whenever we think it’s necessary. New versions will be shown in the Services or sent to you by email. If you keep using the Services after these changes, it means you accept the updated terms.
· Age Rule: You must be 17 or older to use the Services. By using the Services, you say that you meet this age requirement. People under 17 are not allowed to use the Services.
· Making an Account: Some parts of the Services may ask you to create an account. You agree to give true, current, and complete information when signing up, and to keep your account details secret. You are fully responsible for everything that happens with your account. We won’t be responsible if someone gets into your account because you didn’t keep it safe.
· Using the Services Legally: The Services are for legal, personal, and non-business use only. You must use them in a way that follows all laws, rules, and the rights of others.
· Things You Must Not Do: You are not allowed to:
· Break any laws, rules, or the rights of others (like their ownership of ideas or privacy).
· Try to get into the Services, other users’ accounts, or related systems without permission.
· Mess up, damage, or interrupt how the Services work, or put in harmful programs (such as viruses or malware).
· Upload, send, or share anything that’s illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive.
· Our Privacy Policy: How we handle your personal information is explained in our [Privacy Policy]. By using the Services, you agree to the things we say in that policy.
· Keeping Data Safe: We use reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data. But no way of sending or storing data is completely safe. You know and accept that using data online has some risks.
· Our Rights: All trademarks, logos, content, and software in the Services belong only to Zalyaux or the people who let us use them. You get a small, non-exclusive, and temporary right to use the Services as allowed by this Agreement—no other rights are given.
· Your Content: When you post, upload, or share things ("User Content") through the Services, you let us use, copy, change, adapt, publish, and share that content anywhere in the world, without paying you, to run and improve the Services. You still own your User Content, but you agree we can use it to make the Services work.
· No Guarantees: The Services are provided "as is"—we don’t make any promises about them, whether clear, suggested, or required by law. We don’t promise that they will work for a specific purpose, be of good quality, or not step on others’ rights.
· How Much We’re Responsible: As much as the law allows, Zalyaux won’t be responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, follow-up, or punishment damages (like lost data, service outages, or claims from others) that come from using or not being able to use the Services.
· Updating the Agreement: We can change this Agreement at any time. New versions will be in the Services or sent to you by email. If you keep using the Services after the changes, you agree to the new terms.
· Stopping Your Access: We can pause or end your access to the Services without telling you first if you break this Agreement or the law. When this happens, you can’t use the Services anymore. We may keep or delete your User Content as per our Privacy Policy.
· Which Laws Govern: This Agreement is ruled by the laws of the place where Zalyaux is legally registered, and we don’t consider conflicts between different laws.
· Fixing Disagreements: Any problem from this Agreement should first be solved by talking honestly. If it’s not fixed within 30 days, it will be taken to a binding arbitration in the area where the governing laws apply.
